“I have been searching for someone to tell me whether or not a hip replacement would help eliminate some of the hip and back pain I have. Dr. Bohan has been the only one who wasn’t “cut happy” or dismissive. He listened, looked at the scans, was patient, and explained what I could expect. I am very grateful. My surgery is being scheduled after months of trying to get some accurate, clear, and specific input from others. Thank you, Dr. Bohan.”

“Dr. Bohan took me on as a patient after I broke my femur in Mexico. Surgery was done there, and a lot of doctors don’t like to take you on as a patient after another doctor, especially in Mexico. Dr. Bohan didn’t hesitate and took very good care of me. Then I broke my leg again in Ohio, and he took me on again, and he does a good job with advice and treatment.”

“I saw Dr. Bohan because he has treated me in the past for my knees, and this time I have been having hip pain. He ordered an X-ray of my hip and then explained the results. He explained my condition and was very polite, and I highly recommend him.”

“I liked the person at the front door taking my temp; he had extra masks and lots of hand sanitizers. (I didn’t need one, but I was glad they were there for others.) Dr. Bohan and his staff were warm, caring, professional, and informative. The office visit was fast and to the point. I was in and out within the hour. I especially liked the X-ray tech; she was great. I loved the iPad system to update my information. Admittedly I am not wild about doctor visits, but my first visit exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to going back in a month.”

“Thorough, professional, conservative. Dr. Bohan discussed all options, surgery, not a foregone conclusion. All of my questions or concerns got addressed and resolved. Surgery outcome was excellent; surgery, post-op, and PT were always on track and provided excellent results. Will probably have 2nd TKR in 6 months to a year. I highly recommended it!”

“Dr. Bohan has always taken good care of me. He did a wonderful job replacing my hip. I’m so thankful to have him as one of my physicians. He also oversees my knee replacement (done by a different MD.), but as of yet, no solutions to repair the damaged replacement (that another MD. put in). I am hopeful to one day be able to walk and be pain-free with my knee. I’m glad he keeps seeing me, checking up, and making sure it’s not deteriorating more rapidly. If my other hip or knee ever falls prey to osteoarthritis (like my other joints), I hope he’ll be my surgeon for those. Thank you for your thoughtful care and for being a great surgeon. I wish I’d seen him sooner.”
