“Dr. Southerland was great. The initial appointment was very comfortable and thorough. He took the time to completely listen to me and explain the options I had. I had met with a different provider at a different organization prior to meeting with Dr. Southerland. After my meeting with Dr. Southerland, there was no question in my mind that I wanted Dr. Southerland to be the one to do my total hip replacement. With only one slight bit of confusion over a prescription order, I would rate all staff as 5-star. Electronic communication was amazing. Lindsey and Sunshine were so professional, and Paula (pre-op nurse) developed a very comfortable atmosphere for both my wife and me prior to surgery.
