“Dr. Pilla is hands down the best doctor. His patient-doctor relationship is the best I have experienced in the 22 years I have lived in this area. I had a revision amputation of my thumb finger tip and a subluxation of my ring finger. My injury required emergency surgery, and Dr. Pilla talked with me over the phone, giving me all my options and helping me make the best decision in the kindest possible way during a difficult time. Before my surgery, he came and talked with me, asked me if function or cosmetic was more important, which I very much appreciated because the injury was on my dominant hand. During the recovery, I had a concern, sent him pictures, and instead of responding in 24 or 48 hours, he and his team responded within an hour. The list goes on and on of the great experiences that I have had with Dr. Pilla. I will be forever grateful for his time, patience, dedication, positivity, and support during a difficult time.
