“I am a 50-year-old female. I am active at the CrossFit gym, snow skiing, and hiking. I noticed pain in my left shoulder when I attempted overhead lifts. I took rest days and did PT, acupuncture, and sports massage. After an MRI, it was clear that I had arthrosis in my ac joint and collar bone. Dr. Jernick said he could fix it. He said he could go in, clean it up, and I would be pain-free. I did the surgery, and in no time, I was back in the gym, lifting overhead with no pain, just weeks after the procedure.
