“Dr. Ferkel took a total body approach to my Achilles heel tendon repair, including surgery, supplements, and exercises. The result has been that I was able to transition to a walking boot after 5 weeks rather than the typical 8. He and the staff have been extremely responsive to questions and were patient, having to replace a cast that accidentally got wet. Dr. Ferkel also found a great physical therapist located near me. He was called in to substitute the night before the scheduled procedure, and he started at 5:30 PM on a Friday. His dedication and knowledge are truly appreciated. I lucked out in getting him.”

“Dr. Eric Ferkel is a blessing sent from heaven. About a year ago I had a terrible accident which tore my patellar tendon on my left leg, leaving me unable to walk or bend my leg. After visiting 4 different doctors and being turned down by them; because they did not know how to perform the surgery, I was referred to Dr. Ferkel and was finally told by him that he could perform the surgery and that he would take me in. Thanks to Dr. Ferkel, I went from having a 40% chance of walking again to fully walking, squatting, and bending my leg. I don’t know how to thank him enough for giving me my life, self-confidence, and the ability to walk again. I honestly recommend him - Dr. Ferkel is compassionate, confident and personal.
