“The clinical staff is excellent! Caring, informative, friendly, and professional. Front desk staff always appear agitated and overworked. Also, charging $10 for filling out one page of paperwork I provide of checkboxes is unfair to people who are already on a lower income due to injury. I could understand if copies, print outs or faxes were involved. However, I feel that the 10 minutes that it may take to fill out this form, once or twice in two months, should be included in the office visit fees.”
