He explained my son’s ACL injury in great detail, first using the medical terminology and then breaking it down into language we could easily understand.
One thing that really stood out was that he asked my son, Deegan, to explain everything back to him. That showed us how much he cared about making sure Deegan truly understood what was happening and felt involved in his own care.
Deegan has been very nervous about needing surgery, but Dr. Hill was incredibly patient, kind, and reassuring. He took the time to answer all of our questions, ease his fears, and make us both feel confident moving forward with surgery.
We are so grateful for Dr. Hill’s knowledge, compassion, and the time he spent with us.
