“It’s time to eliminate the kiosk iPad and have patients provide that info from their own homes in advance. I’d much instead complete those forms via my portal. Also, if insurance is going to get billed for X-rays, that info should be provided in advance. I would have happily gone to SJRA for an X-ray before my office visit today. At least I’m confident my insurance covers SJRA.”
