“Dr. Pompo just operated on the knee that Dr. Rubin operated on in 1990. This knee replacement has strengthened it, and I now rely on it more than the other knee. I have other joint problems that need addressing. The next joint to tackle is the right knee for a TKR. PT has helped me along, and they are ready for TKR #2 when Dr. Pompo suggests. Pain ranges from 0 to 10, depending on the activity. Thank You.”

“I was referred by a relative to get a second opinion regarding damage done to my left knee as the result of a severe fall. It was immediately apparent that Dr. Pompo had excellent doctor/patient communication skills. He understood that my primary osteoarthritis was made worse from that severe accident. With COVID close down for nonessential surgery, I had to endure extended months of pain and suffering. He explained what needed to got done, how it will impact me, and recovery plans. I agree with having Dr. Pompo perform my knee replacement surgery as soon as possible. His ”bedside manner” was honest and provoked trust that he will do a good job.”
